Oath or Else (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Oath or Else mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App.

You retain ownership of your submitted content. We do not sell or publicly share your submissions.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not include sensitive or confidential information you do not wish to store.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
Data is stored using industry-standard security practices. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the App’s services or as required by law.

• Apple App Store and In-App Purchases

Subscriptions and payments
All payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not store your payment card information. Subscription data is used only to determine access to paid features.

• Stop using the App at any time
• Request account deletion by contacting support
Please note that deleting the App may not automatically delete stored data. You may request deletion by contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If changes are made, the updated policy will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
